Hope everyone is enjoying the term so far! Sorry that I am sporadically involved, I just recently started a new job, I have a 7 month old puppy who keeps me preoccupied and my partner and I are looking to buy a house and so-far the house hunt as been pretty dismal.

I am definitely enjoying this event! It's a nice break from the regular Hogwarts term, and I LOVE my new character. I might have to transfer her to Hogwarts, I haven't decided yet!

Omg 7 month old puppy? Any pics? What kind of dog is it??

Good luck on the house hunt. I'll be doing that next summer; part of me is looking forward to it, but another part of me is dreading it.

This is my first term since I joined the cult, so its all new to me, but so far I have really enjoyed it. & thats great, I never really got to use my Hogwarts character, so I'll have to give her an opportunity during the next term.

Yes, just a little baby :) and I do have photos, but I am on my phone right now, so I'll update this later on tonight with a photo! & he is a rescue, so we aren't 100% sure of his breed, all we know for sure is he is a Catahoula Leopard dog and probably part Australian Shepherd!

I was hoping someone would start a chat board. I haven't had the chance to participate in anything this term just yet. So busy with my 8 month old among some other upsetting things that happened this week. I'm going to try and concontrate on participating this coming up week. I'm actually watching hp right now. It always cheers me up when I'm in a mood.

I love puppies. Unfortunately I can't have one in my apartment but we are also looking to move into a house this October. I'm hoping all goes well on that front for us both!

Wow that sounds like a gorgeous dog! Mutts are the best in my experience. Always very smart and well behaved (after the puppiness has worn off.). I always grew up with rescue mutts.

Sorry to hear you had an upsetting week. I hope HP does cheer you up! I know it always cheers me up.

Having an 8 month old must be exhausting, I can understand where you might not have time! & I hope it works out too, so far our search has gone in the opposite direction and me and my partner along with my dog and cat have to move into my parents house until we find our own house LOL its going to be comical.

Yea, he certainly is a cutie! It was luck that I found him the day I did, but clearly there was a reason :) he has a great temperament to, so my partner and I definitely got lucky :)

It did cheer me up for sure. My hubby and I are going to watch the 4th one tonight. I'm an avid hp addict but he wasn't until we started dating so he still asks me a million questions when we watch the movies so I finally convinced him to watch them in order all the way through. It was a hard week but I'm feeling better from it. & thank you. Hopefully we can go talk to the bank and find out how much we can get approved for and start looking at houses

He gets into everything now that he crawls and sits up on his knees. Constantly wanting attention. Sometimes I feel like running down the street delirious at how insane he makes me lol. Hopefully house hunting gets easier! We live in an apartment and I absolutely hate it. A girl and her bf just moved in upstairs and she walks like a half ton hippo and stays up until 2am and doesn't get up until 12 in the afternoon.

I LOVE the fourth one. I was a little annoyed about some of the changes they made (Neville giving Harry the gillyweed instead of Dobby being a big one), but I still think they did a great job with it overall. That one is such a fun movie to watch, very action packed and enjoyable!

Oh man, at that age I am sure he runs you ragged! But kids are great :) I love them and can't wait to start having some of my own in a few years :) but living in an apartment with not-so-great neighbors must be frustrating as well. Hopefully October comes fast for you guys and you are able to find a house without much incident!

As far as house hunting goes for me, it took a turn for the better -- my partner and I put an offer in on a house we saw and really liked right away and we just heard back last night that our offer was accepted!!! Now we have to go through inspections and drawing up a contract and all that jazz :) but we are super excited and obviously hope everything else falls into place without any hiccups along the way!!!

I know what you mean. I'm pretty upset thru cut out S.P.E.W and all of the other house elves in the castle. My favorite movies would have to be the 1st and 3rd same with the books. I do love the 4th though. I always felt like they could have done so much more with the 6th movie!

Ragged would be a good word for it. Lately he has enjoyed eating more solids so I can't even have a snack without him crawling all over me lol. Yes the neighbors are not my ideal people. We haven't had neighbors from probably close to 4 months and I got used to the peace.

Omg I totally agree about the 6th movie. That is the biggest travesty IMO. That is my favorite of the books, and they just missed so much. I think the most interesting parts was all the memories that Dumbledore collected about Voldy, and they only shared a couple! Everything about the Gaunts, and Voldy collecting the different Horcruxes was SO interesting. It made you understand his character so much better!

Thank you! I hope so too. We are in the process of getting various loan estimates to get the best interest rate, but I think we finally found it, so now its time to send our stuff into the lender and start the inspection and appraisal. :)

I just finished my task (2,396 words 13,612 characters) and I will re-read it again tomorrow (it's almost midnight where I live :) ) when I'm fully awake. xd I even checked for keyword density and I think it seems pretty good...I hate repeated words. xd Run a grammar check, too. Checked for plot holes multiple times...but I will give it another read tomorrow. These are my statistics: (first number is how often I used the word. xd )
