I got this item and it can be used, but I'm not sure I want to without knowing what it does:

According to subetalodge.org: Notes: Use Option: receive a random item that contains the word "Charlie"

It will give you a random item with the name Charlie in it. I think it'd be better to just sell it as it is. If you want more information about any item on Subeta, you can refer to this fansite: Subetalodge which is a great source of information about and has a great database of Subeta items.
