This chapter, we need five companions to do a puzzle. Here we can decide which companion goes to which area.

We also need to create HA's WITHOUT A PERSON. Animals only. GreenRowan~ "Any animals can be used, not just ones that match your companions, and you may use all items on Subeta." So it's okay if your companion doesn't have an equivalent counterpart on Subeta.

, okay so im still trying to understand this.. We're making an rp with our companions. Is it that we're supposed to create a story using what she gave us? Like for C..do we make up the gnome and how he reacts to the situation? And for D we say something about the planters? And for the ha..are we just randomly putting animals with our companions? ..still kind of find it odd. Maybe they judge on out of the box n bold or strikingness? Not sure what else you can judge on.

Aagh.. I dunno. I'll try asking in the OOC tomorrow (brain-fried tired atm) about the rp-ing. I think this might be another 2-parter chapter...? She also mentioned "assigning Voices to each area". We need to also consider that it mentioned in a previous chapter that the Voices place (what we chose for them/ or what their correct answer was) might change. I don't know if it's changing this chapter, but we should take that into consideration.

As for the HA, some people aren't able to put their companion in their HA, so she said we could just do a HA with any animal. I don't think the animals in our HA are in any way related to the rp. I have no idea how they are going to judge that. ~-:/ (my form of a question mark over my head, not sure if it worked...)

I'm still reading over the new chapter... I'm a little confused so I need to re-read everything I think. I'm pretty sure it's one of those situations where we are supposed to make up the entire rp going off of the instructions... so in this case, whoever was writing it would make up the encounter with the gnome and such and it's judged based off of creativity?

I need to figure out more about assigning the voices... that's why I need to read everything again.

I think we just make pretty HAs with wildlife, companion optional?

Since my companion is a hedgehog... maybe I should do area A? There was a new clue posted in the questions thread about what to do there but it's optional. I could give it a shot though?

I hope any of this makes sense I'm waiting for pain meds to kick in for this tooth.

Should we ping the whole group again to try and get a role call? it's awful quiet. I hope everyone is okay. If we can't get four people to each do a part we might want to ask if one of us should do two or just skip a part over

There's so few of us active I'm kind of panicking. It looks like more than one companion can go to a given area if I read correctly... I'm still up for taking area A?

COMPANIONS So we have Max () who has Tinker, his owl Teena () who has Hatchet, her bird who I guess is a parrot? Anna () who has Midnight, her bird who is some sort of blackbird? Dahlia () who has Pip, short for Pipsqueak, the hedgehog Sky (Me) who, if I remember correctly from last year, had some sort of dust balls (like off the anime Totoro), but can't seem to find any proof of their existence in previous posts O.o". So, I guess, if we need a certain type of companion somewhere I could create a companion for the situation. And Raine (rainestorme) who doesn't seem to have a companion.

AREAS IF we have them go separately, this could be a possible layout. Area A: We could have Pip Area B: Any of the birds are clever, I think Area C: Good at riddles..? Area D: Strong and agile companions, so I'm thinking Max's Tinker, as she's rather large, or one I come up with. Area E: Only after the others are completed.

We can have them together, or apart, but it would be helpful to have some more input. Is it okay for someone else to rp for your companions? We really should get the rp started..

I'd probably want to write for my companion unless someone else vaguely mentions them... I know a couple years ago we each had to do an entire individual RP but this time we ARE allowed to have more than one person in a group... my dentist appointment is in two hours but I'm hoping I'm not too out of commission today. I'm willing to try and write up area A with Pip myself? It won't be brilliant or super long but I can try to incorporate the optional pixie challenge greenrowan pinged about.

My guess is that the voices have to do with the puzzle for each area? area 5 we don't actually RP out if I understand correctly but our group will end by reaching it if we've done all other areas?

I'm wondering if Moon or Sun go to area A...

Also I'm sure you would be allowed to choose a companion if you aren't sure you have one. ^^ Have you asked?

Hatchet is a cockatoo. Maybe Teena and Anna's companions can go in area B?

Tinker is large/powerful and agile, so, yeah, D should work fine for her.

As for missing pets, was the labyrinth located in a forest? We could send our companions out and find willing participates to help maybe?

Edit: We have those lifelike plushies now, don't we? Can those work as companions?

Our goal is to complete the four areas, A-D. By solving each area, the final area is opened and I think we end there. GreenRowan has done quite a few pings in the OOC thread. ^^ Each area has a clue and the RP has to be based off of that... for example area B mentions that there's a deck of cards hidden beneath one of the shrubberies you can see in the image of the maze GreenRowan posted and that you get to pick one to search... I don't know if we get to decide whether or not we find it or if that feedback is provided after the end... honestly I hate the open RPs like this. I need constant feedback from the world and we have to make up everything and all the NPCs this time around. >_< I was hoping when I joined there would be absolutely no mandatory role playing because I saw a post saying it was all optional... writing is not something I'm good at or feel comfortable with which is why I was a reluctant on top of real life being hectic. bah. still trying to write up something decent for area A.

So far I've been working on area A, writing that Pip is doing that area alone and going off of other clues GreenRowan has pinged about the area... we also need to say which area we're writing for... so my thing I'm writing starts with " (A) "

I think we REALLY need to ask for at least a one day extension... but I don't know if that's something only captains can do? This is all due by the end of tomorrow. All our HAs, all our RPS/stories and the attributed voices. I'm trying to write when my pain meds are working but they can also make me feel sick and dizzy at random.

I'm also going to take a crack at putting which voices go to which area which is something we need to include in the final post.

And, you beat me to it again x3;

A and B were were the same for me. C I was thinking as maybe Gears, but that was only because it was my only option left. D I was thinking Blades since our companions have to dodge dangerous traps. E I was thinking Staffs because to get to it, you need a group effort with your friends.

Also, a good riddle if we need one it this.

Sorry I have been MIA. The rest of the month and August looks so much better. So, do I need to make an HA with only the companion and wild life if so how do I make my person disappear for this. I'm not always the best at making HA's. Also, what else do y'all need help with.

You can use any animal for your HA but I think we're allowed to use companions too. :) To hide your person you want to make sure when dragging the item layers in the wardrobe that you have the background items above the layers called "base" "eyes" "nose" etc kind of like this screenshot here shows

I think and I have come up with an answer we're using for the "voices" part of this round... but we still need to do more RPs and try to get an HA from as many of us as possible. I hope I'm making some sense... I know there's a lot and it's kind of overwhelming right now.

We can go with those voices if you like. I think we're both confident with A and B and your logic for E makes sense too. ^^ It took me a minute to understand the riddle so that's a good one. XD I don't know if I'll be able to RP my companion in any other areas other than the Area A I'm writing due to time. There's a LOT of info right now so I'm hoping I helped fill in at least a little bit.

I'll make some kind of RP tonight. Right now I'm taking role call for my family as there has been a shooting nearby with no caught gunman, and all of us are floating around the area of the incident.
