You can, by buying Credit Gift Cards. The lowest amount gift card, 100 Credit Gift Card, is in User Shops for ~12mil sP at the moment.

You can purchase Credit Gift Cards through the shops from other players. They come in 100, 250, 500, 1000, 3000, and 5000 increments, but they are very expensive. At the moment a 100 Credit Gift Card goes for upwards of 12mil and a 250 Credit Gift Card is upwards of 31mil. A 500 Credit Gift Card is 63mil+ Depending on what you'd like to purchase with your CSC, you may be better off purchasing the actual item through the shops vs gift cards.

in addition to buying the gift cards, you can also post on the advertising forums to let people know you are looking to buy, and people will sell their csc directly to you via trades. sometimes you can get a slightly better exchange rate this way, and you can also buy "irregular" amounts (like 12, or 50, or 138, or whatever).

If you keep going to the Bathhouse everyday it'll start with 10CSC again still.
