Ahh, happ birth!! I bought cake today, the nice birthday cake kind (there's this kind of cream fruit cake in Hong Kong that uses a really soft fluffy sponge and it's not /entirely/ what you'd think of when thinking abt Western birthday cakes with royal icing n stuff so disclaimer here), and I was eating it right as I read your post and I was going "have I been celebrating ur birthday without realizing it oh my".

Happy birthday Rat! It was the 10th birthday party of a close family friend today, and she had a candy buffet as the giveaway. I love candy, so it was awesome for me! (even if the candy was technically for the kids, haha) Anyway, I hope you get to celebrate your birthday in a special way this weekend. Thank you for doing this, happy weekend!

Haha thank you! :'3 glad it did! My bday plans are basically to hang out at the mall with the SO and maybe a small group of friends, then tomorrow meet up with my adoptive mom to celebrate and also hold a memorial for my mother by sending off sky lanterns in a safe area! n-n

That's funny! Yess, celebrate today, even if you don't know you're secretly celebrating my birthday cO but seriously! You guys are welcome! Enjoy today, and tomorrow - for tomorrow never comes, it becomes today, but today is worth celebrating!

!! Oh man I love sky lanterns. I used to always have those as a kid at the festivals 'n stuff. Like. The er. The hello kitty lanterns. All the kiddie ones rip. I can't remember the last time I actually lit a sky lantern now oh man x'D.
