Apparently I've been on subeta for two years. And I just got the long time member achievement. I heard if you're a member long enough, every year you get some sort of loyalty prize or something? How do I claim it? Am I still not old enough or am I just completely wrong about this??? Help?

you have to visit your user dashboard to receive the loyalty box.
Are you sure it's not in your inventory? You should get the box when you get the achievement.
