Blue building points are sold occasionally, but it's actually more common to sell the items based on their shop search price (unless extremely inflated on shop search).

The last thing I could find on the forums was doing 15k/point, similar to quest point prices actually.

HOWEVER, I have noticed that blue building quests seem to be cheaper/easier to complete now, so they might be worth less. Maybe it's just me being lucky, but it used to be that BB asked me for subq items at least once a day, and now I get cheap items every time, at most an item might be Super Rare and I have to pay about 70k.

(If you do the math here, that's makes blue building points about as cheap and easy to earn as wizard tokens, only slightly higher value - about 2000 sP per point. I'm basing this that at most I've paid maybe 100k for a BB quest, and they always pay out 40 BB points.)

In that case, I'll probably just buy some stuff with them and sell the items instead... or else just hold on to the points and hope new items I want will be added sometime ;)
