Been on a hiatus... not sure if I'm back now or not.. but I have over 500 items in my inventory. lol And quick stock doesn't seem to be working properly. Is it broken? Thanks.

It only shows 100 at a time in quick stock.

I know.. but when I click something and move it to a shop, it's still in my inventory. And it's not showing the first 100 items.. there's no rhyme or reason to what's showing. Odd.

That's... really odd. Can't say I've ever had that problem with Quick Stock before. You might want to see if this is happening to anyone else by posting in the Bugs forum?

If you've been on hiatus for a while, you might have missed it when they changed the shop system over. You can't add items to old shops anymore, so you'll need to make a new one. There's a guide to the new shop system in the General Discussion forum (Here!) if you have any questions.

Quick Stock generally shows items in alphabetical order, but your inventory might not. And I think if you have over the inventory limit, it does kind of mess up the Quick Stock order.

Depending on how long you've been on hiatus, this thread might be of use also: New Shop Guides

thank you all very much.. I was kind of here for the shop change. I made new shops at that time. and it may be because I have so many items in my inventory... but in the quick stock, I had multiples of some items and I clicked to move them into my shop, but they didn't go. Idk. I really need a GA.. Idk how I'm going to deal with all this stuff... and pricing my shop... LOL

Did you delete your old shops? If not, you might be trying to add your items to one of the old shops.

I see you've activated a GA - are you still having problems? One reason things weren't going into shops may be because you may have hit the shop limit. GA limit for galleries is 10K, but non-GA is only 7500, and I'm not sure of the shop limits, but they are also lower.

Yes, I scrounged enough csc for a one week GA. And it's all better. So weird.. I was seeing things in alphabetical order, but not everything... I had lots of holes in the middle. Until I activated the GA. And no, I've definitely not hit my shop limits... but thank you for replying and helping. ❤

This is something that they've tweaked semi-recently. Quick Stock only shows 100 items per page for non-GA, 250 for GA. If you have more than that in your inventory, another new Quick Stock page is generated after you process the first (put in shop, vault, etc). Each page is alphabetized now though, instead of just taking 100/250 items off the top like it used to. Before, it was stocking #-L items then M-Z items (just an example), and the more pages you have at once it pulled from the very end of the alphabet. Now it loads an A-Z page then another A-Z page and so on. So if you use Quick Stock with more than the max number of items, you aren't ever viewing a complete list of your inventory, and stacks of items are sometimes split as well.
