I am new to the site and can not load clothes and hair from avatar. how can I do it thanks

What browser are you using? IE and Edge, they do not work well with Subeta.

Are you clicking the Wear button after each change? This is your Save button. You will need to save a lot. The button that says Save, this will save your Outfit in Outfits, but has nothing to do with how your HA looks on the site. So the button that says Save isn't helpful to solve this problem.

Have you tried using the Convert Your Avatar link on the front page? Sometimes you need to do this several times. Have you tried clearing out your cache and cookies?

your Avatar shows hair and clothes now? I see a tube top, blue jeans, mary janes, lipstick/gloss, and some kind of lifelike doll at your feet.

Your eyes appear to be layered below your base, if you want them to show you will need to drag them higher in the list.
