Have you checked the Masterlist? You might be able to find some TCs you can browse there.

I have Nakai for Cold War. His space TC isn't nearly finished (there are so many Items I don't have xD), but it's still something to start with. :)

Otaku has some Japanese food you missed. Majin has Traditional Cherry Blossom Sweet, and incense I think applies to asian spirituality. Finnie has some pirate stuff. Firn's treasure is difficult to view, but maybe Cavalier or Nanoq has something icy that you don't have?
