So, on my profile, some of my shops/galleries are duplicated, and I can't seem to fix it. There are no duplicates in the actual shops page, so how do I remove the fake dupes cluttering up my profile?

Some of your shops were from the old system. If you check your shops from the "Commerce" menu, you'll see which are the old ones. If you really want to remove them, you'll have to delete those old shops, and then update your shops section on your profile. (You should move the items first, but deleting the old shops should give a warning and an option to move as well)
