I want to read more books to my pet but their intelligence stat is capped at 14? What can I do to increase it?

I'm not aware of anything that caps your pet's intel stat. Try reading a different book?

What do you mean by "capped"? You should be able to read more books to your pet, there is no cap. Reading books will increase their intelligence.

If the option to read a book isn't showing up, it's because the pet has read it before. You can only read each book once to each pet. Maybe that's what you're running into?
