Suggestions for easy/easier achievements

I'm trying to get into the Blue Building and the only things left are 100 forum posts and 250 achievements. Does anyone have any suggestions for some easier and less expensive achievements to help me reach 250? I have 131 right now.
Firstly, here are some of the easier achievements:
- Autumn dragon helper
- Mystery box (costs some sp, but not a lot and there are several tiers)
- Minion feeder (same as above, costs a bit, but there's a ton of tiers)
- Shell-shocked (there's tiers and prizes too)
All the quest ones are pretty easy too, if you're questing for sp anyway. And you'll get quest points, and there's an achievement for those as well.
Secondly, this is where you suggest new achievements for the staff to add. You might get better advice on the help forum :)

[item=Billboard (10k)] billboards are cheap now since you can get them from the bathhouse, and since that achievement comes with a title it counts towards your title achievement as well
if you haven't done your free food achievement yet, you can put all your money into a forum group bank and get that one (i did that last week, hah)
a lot of the wearable genetech combos are cheap, might be worth it for the first few c-c-c-combo breaker tiers (making combos comes up as a task for major drills, too)
it's also not too difficult to get most of the pet color achievements if you keep an eye on the pound, or if you look for cheap elixirs
Frankenpie Chef should be an easy achievement (create a frankenpie with all the required slices and gumdrops, you can see them HERE, minus Frankenpie the minion). I checked the prices and they are all cheap, under 3,000sP, except for Frankenpie (right gumdrop), which is around 29k. But should be manageable!
Major Drills quest is cumulative, should be relatively easy if you can do the max per day
And the cumulative achievements for games like Rock Paper Scissors, Scratcher, Mallarchy Pond Player, etc.

No worries! I'd rather be pinged and be beaten to it than not at all :) Just trying to clear up what happened for myself, I got confused when I first read it haha
I've been working on a guide for this kind of thing. Its not even close to being finished, but this is what I have so far. Repeats some of the previous posters. Also hasn't been checked for typos, or to make sure all the links work right - its a rough draft.
Easy/cheap achievements
(achievement names in green indicate tiers, generally the first few tiers are fairly easy/quick to get)
Basic
- Make a friend
- if you don't have any yet go to the achievement forum and friend people in the [topic not found].
- Vending Maniac
- First tier is easy at 100. Do Wizard Quests first to get wizard tokens, then vend. Vending Guide 3 Title Collector - Collect 5 titles, there are many achievements on this list which include titles. See achievements marked with *
Social
4. Change your headshot
- Personal-dashboard-forums-headshot editor 5 & 6. Get a comment/Give a comment. Do these together. Comment someone - compliment their profile/pets/ask a question. When they respond, you get a comment.
- Have friends - see
- Raffle winner - make posts. Places to post include the brag & complaining forum where you can congratulate/commiserate. Games forum where you can post the results of "dailies" like the hustler, bird watching, bathhouse, etc. Suggestions & Ideas where you can add your support or not to user suggestions. User run games forum.
Commerce
9 Expensive Pawn - Magical Albino Telenine Fang, Magical Graveyard Telenine Fang, Magical Telenine Fang - all sell for at least 5K at the Pawn shop and some can be picked up for around 7K in user shops. Pet color elixirs all sell for above 5K, so if you pick one up as a reward for questing, you could also use one of those. Some Healing Potions also sell for over 5K, so they are worth checking if you come across one.
10 Forum shop purchase - once you pick up a few forum points, go to the shop and spend them.
11 Pawn shop purchase
12. Pawn shop vendor - which you can get with
13 Restocker. Spells Galore, Half Baked, Philosophers store, Carnival stand, all have items on the cheaper end 400-500 sP.
Items
*14 A world of birds - help rosemary- you'll need to do it daily for a while, but it costs nothing.
15 Autumn dragon helper
16 C-C-C-Combo Breaker, you can find a list of combos here and work out cheaper items to make.
17 Enter Potion Lottery - a mega ticket costs 15,500 sP, cheap for the first tier.
18 Entered in Potion Lottery go to the [topic not found], enter the person above you and the next person will enter you.
19 Frankenpie Chef - while trying to get the Crypts achievement, you'll probably pick up pie pieces, if not they are cheap to buy. The pieces are listed here.
20 Free Gift - easy to get, but need to wait until staff give one out. Keep an eye on the News to see when one gets released.
21 Gem Digger - if you're diligent, you might be able to get up tier 3 (10 gems) in one month. Visit the Coda Caves on the 6th & 7th of each month. Add the coda caves widget to your dashboard to make sure you don't miss them.
22 Gotta Catch 'Em All - takes time, but costs nothing. Just remember to help Chimalma daily during the summer when the event is active.
23 Green Thumb. Buy some seeds, plant them. The only challenge is to remember to water them - the garden is on a 24 hour clock - it doesn't reset at midnight like everything else. So if you last watered at 10am, you have to wait until 10am the next day to water again. If you forget your plant will wither and die and you will have to start over.

A Force to Reckon With Have the following items in your wardrobe! ^ very cheap and easy and you get a forum title to boot! n_n
Mind Like a Steel Trap Complete levels of Pete Says ^ the first tier is at 5 so getting it should be a breeze. also comes with a cute forum title!

I find wardrobe, food, pet and game achievements easiest overall. Wardrobe is easy by buying up things super cheap. You can get filled wardrobe and ones for having full sets of items. Subq lines give achievements and many people loan out sets so others can get them. Food and pet tie together. Mostly its all aspects of having pets. X number of filled slots is an achievement. Feeding x number of food is an achievement. Feeding a set of food types is an achievement. Stats that go to x number is an achievement. Reading x number of books is an achievement. Having a pet in x color is an achievement. Pets are an ready achievement pull basically. Games is pretty much dabble in them all and play the ones you like most and rank up in them. Oh also collections too. Fill them up for achievements.
FINALLY GOT THE 15K WARDROBE DONE!!!!! Next up gutting and selling it.
