Okay, I have two questions to ask.

1. Is it possible to pay for your slot but not get the item automatically? Because I've never had that happen before today -- it took my CSC but didn't give me the item, and I'm not sure if that's a thing that happens and the item will show up later, or if it was an error.

2. If that shouldn't happen, should I file a ticket, or do I have to take it up with the person who made the CW?

Depends - did you pay for a slot on an as-yet-not-approved CW, or was it out of a CW shop?

If you paid for a slot, then you may be waiting on some one else to pay on their slot, or for the item to be approved, but I'm not sure from the details supplied here. In this case, you could touch base with the maker/item slotter, they'll probably know what the holdup is.

If it's from a CW shop - filing a ticket is a good idea.

Usually when you pay for the slot it takes a while in case if other people haven't pay for their slot .Also if you think you should have received your item did you check your inventory to see if the item is there?

@ Lirikai @ Guava It was on an approved CW, but it sounds like we're probably waiting on someone else in the batch to pay. I guess I've just always been the last person to pay and gotten the item right after?

(And yeah, I checked Account Search to make sure I hadn't overlooked it or put it somewhere and forgotten.)
