Lickitung is a Chibi Xotl and he's a cute lil froggy just say why u want him and he's urs!!

I'm super interested in Lickitung, it's one of my absolute favorite Pokemon! I'd likely try to come up with a short story/scenario for him, and also list down some Pokemon-relevant information like stats for a specific Lickitung character I have in mind.
