My character has storm-based powers, so she can control wind, rain, lightning, that sort of thing. Sort of a power over blue? Yeah... She washed up on a shore one day with no memory of who she was or where she came from, so little is known about her history, or how she came by her powers.

He's undead, but a very good stage makeup artist. He's been used in WS before with the Foggy Notions, but I'll be keeping him around for this round. He's very outgoing, pron to making dad jokes or saying things to make someone smile, but only when he has his shades on.
His actual Subeta occupation is a Centropolis special services agent. Sniper. But, being undead, he get lots of time off as his boss doesn't want many people figuring out that that there is a dead person on the force (....and a lack of hostage situations). So, Max dabbles in whatever has his fancy at the time, hence Vagabond/Jack-of-all-trades. Max was a thespian nerd in high school, and that knowledge has kept with him ever since, but also why he has to be wearing some form of tinted shades. Its his mask to cover up any insecurities.

Teena, she is 16. She is from a town called, Gergisin She has lived there all her life with her family. She doesn't have any friends except for her bird, "Hatchet." The main reason being most people can't understand her and she gets upset when they can't usually. Only her parents know how to communicate with her speech problem. She was born deaf, but has telepathy(can read minds.) She has only learned so far to use telepathy with Hatchet/communicate back and forth through minds. In her town its normal to have horns and elf like ears as well as powers to burn anything they touch, all of the people there do. Her weapon is a old rusted pipe that when heated up makes smog. She has never had to stab anyone with it and hope she does not have to in the future. When she was 14 she went to a concert held at a local center in her town. She loved the band called, "2Tight4U." She could hear the band say the lyrics in their heads, which she liked. She begged her parents for a bandana she loved by the band. Her parents went and saw the bandana in their shop and bought it for her. Originally it was Black and White only, but they got to talking with the manager over their daughter and how she loved the band. Well, wouldn't you know it?, the manager knew the main bands artist and asked if he could do something special for her with the bandana. Her parents said sure. On Christmas Eve, they found a package addressed to Teena by the 2Tight4U bands artist. When Teena opened it she was crying and very happy. The artist had apparently put in some art colors and designs into the fabric for her and had a note saying keep going strong. She forever still wears that bandana to this day.

My name is Anna and I come from a far, far land. I spent many hours sitting at my Grandmother's kitchen table, listening to stories of grand adventures. She told me of scaling cliffs, getting lost in the midst of hidden woods, and braving new ocean waters. She taught me at a young age to use a bow and arrow, to start a fire from a couple rocks and twigs, and to eat and drink off what nature has to provide. Over the years, my curiosity started to peak and I certainly wanted to have a few of these experiences that she told me about over and over again. Unable to fully leave my work requirements in the medical field of my hometown, but in the need of an adventure to make life interesting, I am ready to venture out on my days off to explore new lands. Along with my companion, Midnight, I am on the search of new adventures and new friends.

Okay, since we're currently between challenges, this might be good time to try to think about our characters a bit more, so we're prepared for the roleplaying aspect of the game. I do have a board up to start our role play in, but this would be a good place to discuss exactly who each of our characters is. I did a bit of internet research, and found about a kajillion different roleplaying-character-creation-questionnaires, most of which have between 100 and 400 questions! That seemed to be a bit much, but I found one that seemed to have some interesting questions, so I've copied and pasted most of one list down below.
Since you two seemed to be the most familiar with roleplaying, feel free to edit this list of questions, adding and deleting questions as you see fit.
But at least these questions can give you guys () some ideas as you think about your characters. If you've already answered some of these questions, you don't need to answer them again, and you certainly don't have to answer EVERY question. Feel free to just pick any that sound interesting to you I know there are a lot of them (I meant to delete more before I posted, but I just couldn't decide which ones were the best. I did take a few out, though...) ! But here we go.

Part 1: The Basics What is your full name? Where and when were you born? Who are/were your parents? To which social class do you belong? Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses? Are you right- or left-handed? What does your voice sound like? What words and/or phrases do you use very frequently? Part 4: Beliefs And Opinions Are you basically optimistic or pessimistic? What is your greatest fear? Do you believe in the existence of soul mates and/or true love? What do you believe makes a successful life? How honest are you about your thoughts and feelings (i.e. do you hide your true self from others, and in what way)? Do you have any biases or prejudices? Is there anything you absolutely refuse to do under any circumstances? Why do you refuse to do it?
Part 5: Relationships With Others In general, how do you treat others (politely, rudely, by keeping them at a distance, etc.)? Does your treatment of them change depending on how well you know them, and if so, how? Do you have a spouse or significant other? If so, describe this person. How close are you to your family? Do you trust anyone to protect you (this might be your animal companion)? Who, and why? If you died or went missing, who would miss you? Do you tend to argue with people, or avoid conflict? Do you tend to take on leadership roles in social situations? Do you like interacting with large groups of people? Why or why not? Do you care what others think of you?
Part 6: Likes And Dislikes What is/are your favorite hobbies and pastimes? What is your most treasured possession? What is your favorite color? What is your favorite food? How do you spend a typical Saturday night? What makes you laugh? What, if anything, shocks or offends you? How do you deal with stress? Are you spontaneous, or do you always need to have a plan? What are your pet peeves?
Part 7: Self Images And Etc. What is your greatest strength as a person? What is your greatest weakness? If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? Are you generally introverted or extroverted? Are you generally organized or messy? Name three things you consider yourself to be very good at, and three things you consider yourself to be very bad at. Do you like yourself? What are your reasons for being a part of the Wayward Squirrel story? Are your real reasons for doing this different than the ones you tell people in public? (If so, detail both sets of reasons...) If you could choose, how would you want to die? If you knew you were going to die in 24 hours, name three things you would do in the time you had left. What three words best describe your personality? What three words would others probably use to describe you?

I noticed someone else has a bird as a companion. I can change mine if I need to. It shouldn't take that long. I can also elaborate more on my story today if y'all would like. I have some free time this morning and I should have some this afternoon also.
My character, Raine:
The Basics
Raine knows nothing about her birth parents or where she comes from. She was found unconscious on the shore of a lake about ten years ago. She was discovered by Elisabet and Cooper Hastings, who took her in and became like adopted parents for her. When they found her, they carried her up to their lake cabin and laid her down on their couch. When she started to gain consciousness, rain clouds appeared, and rain began to fall, right there in the middle of the living room. Because of her apparent storm-related powers, the Hastings named her Raine. However, once she was awake, they discovered she had no memory of where she came from, or who she was, and her memory has never returned. Perhaps she came from another world or dimension, perhaps she came from the lake itself, no one really knows. She doesn't have any major conditions or weaknesses, and physically, her appearance hasn't really changed since she was found, so no one really knows if she even ages. However, in areas that are very dry or very cold, where there is less for her to manipulate, her powers become more limited. (After all, if you're going to make it rain, you have to gather the water for the clouds from somewhere!)
Her voice is very melodic and gentle, like a calm, quiet morning rain. The kind that wakes you gently, with a rhythmic tapping on the roof.
Growing Up
Because of her lack of knowledge about her past, this section is basically a blank space in her reality. She'd love to know more about this stuff, but unless she finds another of her kind, or someone who knows her from the past, it's possible she'll never get any answers!
Past Influences
Of course, being found by the Hastings is probably the most important event in her life (as far as she knows...). If she could change something, she would probably choose to know more about her origins.
Beliefs and Opinions
Despite the struggle of finding her way in the world without any knowledge of her past, Raine is usually more optimistic than pessimistic. Her greatest fear would be to learn that her past was something really horrible. Perhaps she doesn't remember her past because she's blocked out something that she did, or something that happened to her... But because she doesn't know what kind of person she was in the past, she's very willing to believe (and hope) that people can change. She doesn't define people by their pasts, and as a result, she isn't very prejudicial towards others. She takes them as they are, and is willing to let them be who they want to be.
Relationships With Others
She's usually fairly polite, and rarely rude. Conflicts, fighting, and emotional situations make her uncomfortable, so she tends to avoid conflict as much as possible. She's not great at making friends, though. It doesn't help that making friends usually begins with a bunch of small talk and discussing a person's past! If people are patient with her, and kind, though, it usually doesn't take her long to warm up to them, and she can be quite a chatterbox when she really feels comfortable with someone.
Likes and Dislikes
Her favorite possession is a small, gleaming rock, almost like some kind of opal, which was in the pocket of her cloak when she was found. It's beautiful, and it is the only thing she has left from her past. She loves to spend time out in nature, and loves the cool, quiet calm of a forest. She deals with stress by escaping to a place with few people, and playing around with the weather. If she becomes really stressed, though, watch out... The weather might start going a bit haywire if she loses control!
Self-Image
Raine is more of an introvert than an extrovert, though people who know her well might disagree (since she becomes more extroverted the better she knows the people she's with). She tends to be quite messy, and she knows it.
As for the Wayward Squirrel... She spends a lot of time wandering around, traveling, looking for others like herself, and seeking information about her past. She wandered into the squirrel one day, entirely by chance, and found herself caught up in the current event. :)

Basics
Name:Teena Anna Barbarah
I was born in my home town of Gergisin on October 5th, 2007.
My Parents are Melissa and Jerison Barbarah.
I am in the very wealthy social class..but i don't act like it :P
My speaking is not the best..never has been. My vocal cords are not as they should be, which makes communicating hard verbally.
If I am upset usually I'd use the phrase, "go stuff yourself," on a note card.
Usually If i get annoyed its over people not being able to understand what I'm saying. I sometimes forget to take into consideration that others have not known about me being deaf and understand how I speak..and I just assume they do. Only my parents have learned over the years what words I'm saying.
Growing Up
My childhood was pretty awful. Kids mocking me through every school year. Nothing I could do about it. Nothing the teachers could do about it. Eventually I became home schooled after elementary school year 4 I think. My parents were stricter on me, than my teachers..but you know what? At the end of my Jr. High School teachings I placed into college level teachings. So I guess it was for the best.
My earliest memories? well..hehe..I remember the shock my parents faces had when they were talking with a speech therapist and didn't understand why I was deaf. They didn't realize till i was seven. They had testing on how my ears and my brain worked at age seven. I look back and the happiest time was when i was learning to read and my parents finally got to see that I could read there thoughts..even though i was deaf. They questioned if it was magic or something. They took me to a telepathy specialist and they told them i had it.
My telepathy took a little time to figure out. I knew i had hands that burned when my parents told me why most our people don't ever hug. It's because when were born we have this gene that when paired with a certain fruit in our diets it can cause our bodies feet and hands to cause burns. I still wear shoes even though i go through them like clockwork. Even though shoes can go through fast, our town makes great pairs that cost very very little because of our bodies, which is really nice.
My other family members can sometimes be annoying. They say, "Oh its Teena again! Shut up Joel and let me do this! I know if i try hard enough I can understand her if she talks!" They think they can understand me as well as my parents do. Fat chance..took my parents YEARS to understand me. I write out on a piece of paper, "Can we please not do this again. The game of who can understand the deaf person." I understand that they don't understand its insensitive. My parents just tell them to move on and just read her note cards instead.
My favorite activities as a child were reading, piano playing and helping out the homeless shelters in our town. It was nice hearing shes so kind from peoples minds and not having to say anything back. Knowing that i made a difference meant a lot to me. Onetime I remember my parents buying me a game system for my birthday one year. I wrote them i wanted the money instead, so they gave me the money. I spent a little on books and the rest to charity.
As a child I never had any friends. The only friend i ever had was Hatchet, whom I met one day in the forest. I was kind of shocked..that I could relay messages to her through telepathy. I never thought she..well that anyone I could do that with. I mean I know I can read minds, but usually never able to relay messages back.
Past Influences
The most important moment in my life was when my mom was crying over some tv show she was watching and I wrote down it's okay to feel sad Tony didn't choose Rossetta. He should have. And the look on her face..wondering how i could tell what she was thinking. I told her I could read what she was thinking on a note card. She hugged me and said she was crying for a whole other reason. That was a little after I learned about what words meant. it was when i was about 6 yrs 10 months old. Right before they had me tested. Actually, that was the reason why they had me tested. Without that..and if I had never wrote anything..well..I try not to think if that happened.
My greatest regret was going to public school..because of those years that went sour.
Beliefs and Opinions
My greatest fear is when 2Tight4U will retire. They shaped some of my personality later in my young tweens.
I believe in one true love, but at this moment..I don't think I will find minexD
Doing what you love and trying new things is what a successful life is about.
I try to hide my true feelings. Mostly because of what happened at public school. People say school can't traumatize you...trust me...it can!
I feel that I should not have to do other peoples work in some circumstances. Unless their extra busy with other things. Not my business to help out someone who can easily do the work themselves. It might provide a false sense of enabling.
Relationships with Others
I try to keep people at a distance and give vague answers if I can. My treatment can change over time due to how well we work together and how well things go.
Do I have a spouse? please! I'm only 16xD
I am very close to my Family..probably because of the whole they can understand me thing :P
As of right now I only trust Hatchet. If she saw someone insulting me I'd like to think she would try to jab them in their neck arteries:)
My family would be sad if I passed, along with Hatchet.
I tend to avoid conflict by thinking of song lyrics bands have done. I do argue with people who can't understand me and, "try" to understand me. Like, just ask me to write it down! Don't go, "heva mach? babai?" like some idiot!
I do not take on leader roles since I can't talk well.
I think I might like working in a large group..if they take the time to read my note cards :P I carry MANY!
I would lie if I said I don't care what others think of me. I do a little, but I hide it well.
Likes and Dislikes
My favorite hobbies are reading and listening in on what band members are thinking when I go to concerts. Most of them repeat their lyrics in their heads so I understand what their saying..just not in what volume or musical theme.

My favorite colors are the rainbow and black.
My typical nights are reading mostly and talking through minds with Hatchet.
Hatchet makes me laugh sometimes.
What shocks me?..How some places mistreat their own people and discriminate against other regions. Ex."Oh, that place has oil? well they must be idiots not to share it with us!"
With stress I have to block it out by rethinking music lyrics.

Social class: Mostly respects those in higher or lower classes, but doesn't see herself as better or worse for the most part. If someone is being rude to someone else of 'lower social standing' then them, Sky is likely to step in.
Right/Left handed: Both. She has trained up so that she could use either hand in the event she only has one to use.
Voice: Typed :P (I don't really get this one.)

In her pockets: She has many pockets sewn into her clothing. There could be small daggers, parchment and pens, etc. (Will probably think of more later.)
Quirks/Mannerisms/Habits/Defining characteristic: Sky is good at blending into shadows or sneaking up on people. She tends to get a kick out of it.

Earliest Memory: Hmm...
Schooling: Trained some by parents, but then trained under a few different people (need to flesh out who exactly).
Did you enjoy school: For the most part Sky liked learning new things, but also got bored or frustrated with those teaching her sometimes.
Where skills/abilities learned: She learned a lot from those who taught her, but Sky watches people. She takes note of how things are done sometimes and mimics them until she gets them right. (There might be more to this.)
Get along with family?: Still working out the family situation..
Favorite activity as a kid: Many, many things. One involved walking backwards through the woods without tripping or hitting any trees. Just to see if she could.
