Once I hand over a schematic and a key, is there a way to check the status of the order? c: I placed an order two days ago I think, but I see the same default page if I head over to Yun Enterprises. Is that normal? Thanks c:

Yes, that's normal. Currently it doesn't track your progress on the page, but you should get your pet pretty much exactly 3 days after you ordered it.

Oh okay, thank you! I blanked out on how many days it's been so it must not have been three days yet. That makes sense!

If you created a new pet to be steamwork, you should be able to look up the name and see if it's been created (it would probably be on an NPC account before being transferred to you). That way you can at least see that your order went through.

If it's been longer than 3 days, or at least closer to a week or so, and you still haven't received your pet then you can send in a ticket so an admin can look into it for you. Hopefully you'll get it in another day or so though, if it hasn't quite been 3 days. 😊
