My pet Smiley is a scribble Exp. 5162, and I wanted to give her a custom overlay of a scribbly smiley face.
Scribble Exp. 5162
my overlay
But I'm not sure that this overlay would be acceptable per the guidelines? It's not really human and not really an inanimate object, but I'm afraid it might be considered as one or both, OR that it might be considered a headshot? (Even though smiley faces don't have bodies, lol.) Since the species of the pet is literally a scribbly blob with a face, I'm hoping this overlay would be okay for this particular pet, but I don't want to waste staff's time by submitting it for approval if it's not allowed.
Thanks for any help or suggestions!
When in doubt file a ticket. I honestly don't know all I know is the art has to be either your own or credited from the artist.
tbh I feel like it would be faster to just submit it rather than sending a ticket first. I'm not 100% sure if they can even tell you if it would be accepted or not via a ticket or if they'd just redirect you to submitting it for approval. Whatever reasoning you would put in the ticket (like it not being a headshot because there is no body to the smiley face or the pet, etc.) can be submitted along with the overlay. I'm not sure if staff is able to write out a denial reason like they do for CWs but they could probably let you know to file a ticket for more information if necessary
I found this
Pretty sure they have to be be drawn by a user seeing from that
I drew the smiley face, so that's not a problem :) My question was just about the content, not whose art is allowed.
Okay, thanks for the advice :)
