Hi..I haven't been on Subeta in YEARS. Ive literally forgotten how to up pet stats. I know reading books to them helps, but does it matter what books you read? Does the title of the book or it's price give you higher stats or no? Does the food you give them matter too or no? What are other ways to go about this? When I used to play I never really bothered with the pets as much as I did with other things on Subeta.. Thank you all!

All books, with a couple exceptions, give you 1 point of intellect. The only one I can think of off hand that gives more than one is the Book Package. Books can only be read once per pet. You can also buy intellect with points from Mystic Spindles. There are some boosters which will up intellect too like Shinwas Flower of Morning and Shinwas Key.

Food is mostly all the same as far as battling goes. A full pet is full no matter what you fed it.

Other stats are raised by Training and spending experience earned from beating challengers in the Colosseum and Battle Quests. Again, there are booster items you can use to up stats as well.
