Would like for him to go to someone who has already worked on their pets and has established characters and profiles. Your account needs to be 2 months or older. An application is encouraged, but it doesn't need to be huge. A couple of sentences, just give me a rough idea on what you plan to do with him and maybe a few links to some of your finished pets. Oh, may I ask why you would potion him into a random pet if no one applies? Neela's cost real money so it would be a waste, so I am only curious o:
@ 666 You can get a neela from the zapper too, if I remember right. Just gotta be very lucky. c:
As for why I'll be potioning him... I'm an odd one and if I pound him, I'd prefer if someone adopted him for the name and not because he's a neela. :'D

always thought they where NC buy only... subeta wiki says on no place i looked (limited pets, neela and the zappers) that Neela is zappable.

I did find a topic from 2015 where several people managed to zap a neela, but that was before the two zappers were merged. I know I've definitely gotten both bumbus, bhakoru and even aeanoid zaps before, so I don't think a neela would be impossible to get from the zapper. It'd just be very very rare.

Hi. If I could have him, it would be a marvel, love the name and would probably only change the color, he looks gorgeous as a neela. Any application needed? Or anything else?
