The schematics are here, but you should check shop search first because some cost less, and you don't have to wait 2 hours to 2 days (depending on the queue. It's busier on newly released days) https://subeta.net/explore/masquerade_schematic.php

Once you have the schematic and yunium key, you can go here. It will take up to 3 days to complete a new pet or transition to steamwork. I recommend creating a new pet here because it will have the steamwork gender instead of being genderless. Also, don't worry about the name being taken once created, because NPC Issac will have the pet created right away, but not in steamwork color yet. https://subeta.net/explore/masquerade_workshop.php
