22 dead, 59 injured. Mostly children and teenagers. The youngest victim is 8 years old. Ariana Grande is said to be 'broken' after the bomb exploded at the end of her concert in Manchester last night.
So sad :(
I remember hearing the news on the radio while driving home in the evening. It's so sad. I've heard that the injured count has creeped over 100.
I read this morning that Ariana reached out to the families to pay for the victims' funerals, but I don't want to link an article since I'm not sure if it has been confirmed yet or not. If it's true, I've got some mad respect for her.
It's really sad. D: May they rest in peace.
Also sad how US leaked UK intel. I don't want to think the investigation was compromised automatically but come on man. Everyone does not need to know the specifics asap if it means potential compromise of the investigation. :l
I just cannot believe how much these tragedies have increased over the years. What makes me mad is that "commoners" and citizens are always the ones paying fo these things.
My thoughts are with the families of these victims. I cannot imagine their loss.
It's just saddening and I cannot understand how anyone can do this...
A friend of mine is in Britain right now, was so glad that I spoke to her a few minutes before the attack so I could be sure that she wasn't anywhere near Manchester.
The REALLY REALLY sad part is after seeing the news and looking back at the chemical attack on children a few weeks or a month back..nothing surprises me anymore. My thoughts and prayers are with their family and friends. That was amazing what grande and singers did for those families and friends affected by this horror. 15 mil raised, so happy they were able to do that and help out^^
