Just adopted a common rreign from the pound and used a reborn potion and got a Magnus that I don't like. Expected to get a Reborn Rreign that looks like the one shown in SubetaLodge. What can I do about this please? And spent 500 CSC to do a name change. Sorry if I'm in the wrong area but I see this as a problem. Not bad enough that I can't finish making Bouquets from Vesnali.....

EDIT Went back and checked I did adopt a Magnus by mistake and not a Common Rreign as I had planned. Should have just created him from scratch like all my other pets.

That's incredibly weird. Are you positive it was a rreign? I would think the only way you'll be able to get help or insight would be via ticket.

File a ticket

You should file a ticket through the ticket system so that a staff member can help you get it sorted out.

Yes, he was a common rreign when I got him then used a saved Reborn Potion and that was what I ended up with. When it comes to filing a ticked I can't tell which category to use and I just checked.

Is there a way to change the specie and not the color?

Yes, you can use a Miracle Potion, but I wouldn't do that before filing a ticket. I would put the ticket under the Pets category, maybe Pets - Coloring or Pets - Other.

It would have been a lot cheaper to turn him back into a rreign and then buy another reborn potion. :(

Considering that Reborn Potions are now at 29M and the Miracle Potion II only 1000 CSC and 100M in the shops I found just getting the potion from the Cash Shop cheaper and easier. TBH I could not find the right category even to file a ticket so I took the easy way out and snap your fingers and I have what I want, LOL. But I do appreciate your help.

Don't worry about category so much when filing a ticket, it doesn't matter too much at all.

Yes and just set him up with a minion and his health went from 4 to 10, LOL!
