I've been on this site for a long time before taking a rather long hiatus. I've been wanting to get myself another hydrus pet but I can't seem to find Merana anymore. Are you no longer able to get hydrus pets?

Since the Bad Omen event last year Merana is free of the islands, so you can find her in the map, but i think is random.
