It should be at the top of your screen to the right, it's part of the navigation bar.

I thought a visual aid might help.

Also, on the off chance you are accessing Subeta from a mobile device, it might help to scroll all the way to the bottom and click "Switch to Desktop Layout" since the mobile layout is different and a little bit harder to navigate in my opinion.
