Is bird watching over? I've been tasked to find an arctic frost bird, and it hasn't shown up after 2 days of looking around arctic frost.

it is not over. Bird Watching was meant to last the entire spring last year, and we expect this to be true this year even though we weren't told so.

Birds are random. More than that they are now competing with Vesnali Floating Flowers, which have a higher chance of appearing. Don't expect to find your bird until next week.
