I'm currently selling my [item2=Tranquil Arcrystal]
I know the general rule that if it's not in shops, it's 50 mill. However, I've seen items go for 50mill and then, 3 months later were priced below 10 mill. I guess my question is: How much would YOU pay? And how low would you comfortably go?

shops actually go up to 100 mil now so if it's not in shops, 100m is a good starting point for most things

this was in the cash shop for 250 CSC, and it's always at risk of returning to the cash shop at that price or into the cash shop hustler for 250 csc, so around 250 csc is fair, though maybe up to 500 csc since there aren't a whole lot on the market

As a reseller I would pay like 8 mil max for it, and try to sell for 60-75mil in shops, and I would take a discount from whatever I priced it in my shop for.

That way if I price it at 60mil and 3 more come out of the woodwork when I price it, I don't get priced down too quick, and if it gets rereelased, there would still be some upside.

Thanks! Those are both logical answers. It's really hard to predict the subeta market. Some people have it down perfect though. They know what to buy, what to sell and what to hold onto. I've been on this site for 9 years. I played everyday until my computer crashed.. So, here, a few years later, I'm looking at certain items and thinking "Damn.. I had 3 of those and sold them for 3million each. Now they're priceless?' (Above mentioned item included)

I have stupid things in my wardrobe priced at outrageous prices and people buy them! I saw a retired Subeautique item priced at 50mill. I didn't believe it would sell until I noticed that I had 4 of them sitting in my vault and one already in the wardrobe. So I put mine in the shops at 45m (there were only 5 in shops, mine included) 3 of them sold quickly, so I took the 4th one out to save for when I was poor. (There were none in shops the next day) 3 months later, I remembered that I had it and put it in my shop. I'm guessing that everyone saw it sell so high and put theirs in the shop also, bc I bought one back for 4mill! There were 17 in the shop by then. I got lucky that time and have been watching it fluctuate dramatically ever since.. it's just confusing to try to keep up.

[Item=Mystical Magical Elven Ring] was the very first thing on my wishlist. Back then, they were only in trades and the lowest was 25 million. There were very few available. Anyway, I came back recently and snagged one for 6mill!

I'll just keep my eyes open.. Buy low, wait awhile, sell high. Got it :)

If there is nothing in the shops I always just price it at like 50-75 m and just leave it there because I don't really care if anyone buys it since I am no hurry to sell but if someone buys it well .. I get sp woo! Sometimes people will comment me asking me if they can trade me for something that is worth same amount of csc or the sp value and if I am on I'll take their offer.
