Hello, I was wondering what level of intelligence my pet would need before I can make level 4 scrolls from the Secluded Shrine.

I believe you need 240 int to see level 4 scrolls

My highest is 302 currently. And that pet is tier 3, so I know that doesn't affect it.

Make your pet with the highest int your active pet :)
