also the "how long you have been a member" counter uses 30 day months to count out how many days and months and weeks, but it only gives you the totem exactly 365 days to the minute that you joined. So it probably isn't nine years for you yet.

If you check their profile, their joined date is April 18th. It's true that the counter can be a little off and it can be very finicky about the exact joining hour, but in the past 12 years I've never had the experience of it being off by 4 whole days.

If doesn't get their Loyalty Box + achievement after visiting their dashboard, they're best off filling a ticket.
