Yeah, over the years Subeta has opted to celebrate their own holidays instead of any real holidays, although most of the Subeta ones do have a real-world counterpart that's pretty close. Like Survival for Valentine's Day, Fireside for Thanksgiving, Luminaire for Christmas.

They have some similar themes, but are more specific to the site lore.

To add to what's been said, since it isn't technically Easter, it won't fall near the same date.
