thanks! ^u^ well, i haven't vended every day that's for sure but i've had the omen islands map for a loooong time and i almost always vend there if i do vend because i like getting the wears and i often have good luck with getting new / rare items.

I don't know if they ever tweaked the odds (aside from making Riptide available from OD again after a hiatus several years ago), but it's extremely low. Some people said could be 1 in 50k OD vends. I'm not surprised, because a friend of mine got one a few months ago, and only after she already hit the 50k vending tier. I already hit that tier too, and never remembered getting one, although I also vended a lot at Celebration Gift for food in the past when it was profitable to.

I was vending at OD (where I normally vend) and snagged a Riptide myself tonight as well! I'm just under the 50k vend mark at 46k(ish).
