Where do I get them and what are they called?

They're called Uncharted Land Map Piece followed by a hash and a number for each piece. There are 9 pieces in total and you get them via random events when browsing the site. They're also available in user shops. You can look them up by using Shop Search. I believe they're cheap right now, so a Wizard quest or two would give one enough sP to buy them ^^
