Where are The coffee shop, the candy shop, and quick bites on the map? Or do they even have designated locations?

They may have been on the map at some point, but not anymore (if they ever were).

You can find all of the shops on-site in the Main Shops list under the Commerce navigation tab. There are different sections on that page for like restocking shops, special shops, etc.

I don't think shops were part of the map before this one. When this one was created some of them were given a home. Quick Bites is a split from Food Shop when it got too large so it is too new to have a place even on this map. The last shops to get a home were the ones in the Souk and the Floating Market?
