I've been thinking about selling 11 referral points. Maybe 13, although I want to withhold the last two to get myself something. A part of me thinks an auction on the forums would be my best bet, with the winner getting whatever item(s) they want.

There was a thread a page back about this, but it wasn't helpful at all. I would appreciate non-vague answers.

I think part of the reason it is so difficult to find information about it is because as far as I can tell, it isn't really done very often. I was researching this a few weeks ago, and couldn't find anyone selling points on the forums going back ~6 months, with the caveat that they could have been buried in other threads, but it was more than a simple search. So anything anyone says is going to pretty much be speculation unless they can point you to sources (including myself.)

Low end items are super cheap/point because its easy to get 1-2 points from the bathhouse, where getting 15 points is relatively hard.

Block bb is probably 250-400mil, pricing points somehwere around 15mil-25mil per point. and a lot of plushie collectors need those toy story plushies at 12.

I think paying for a 2 point item is a terrible idea though. Try to buy points off someone with only 1-2 points instead of cutting off your ability to buy 3 of the most desirable items to resell from the shop.

If you only have 11 points to sell I think you would probably get 80-130mil for them in an auction. If you have 12-13 points to sell I think you would get 200-500mil in a similar 1-2 week auction. I think if you are looking to sell long term, I think you should hold out for 20mil+ per point.

Again - all speculation, and I don't think anyone has good data on something like this.

Click me! This board has a span of almost a month where the creator has bought from four different people for 100csc per point. if that helps at all. Including a chap with 30 points.

You're usually pretty spot on from what I've seen. Idiot me had seen that board when it was created and then this one, but it didn't click until I saw that one again today. =0P

I did end up selling 10 of my referral points, I went the 15mill/per route. Final price I went with was mixed payment of 1000 csc and 34mill sp, so a little more than what that thread was offering.

just buy something that people need for an achievement or a book or maybe a plushie or beanbag hard to get and price it high lol I sold a book for 100m in user shop awhile back but yeah I guess its whoever decided to buy it.
