This afternoon GMT, a man in a car has plowed into groups of tourists on Westminster Bridge outside the Houses of Parliament and ran some down injuring many and killing at least one, he then ran into the gates outside Westminster where parliament is in session and stabbed a police officer, the man was then shot dead by armed police. Up to now there are 4 people dead including the stabbed officer and 20 seriously injured. It is believed that the car driver was working alone and is now dead. The Prime Minister who was in Parliament, was taken straight to Downing street and is safe.
My thoughts are with everyone involved. As an English woman, I'm saddened that this has happened in my country. It's times like this when I realise how patriotic I actually am.
Shame what happened in Westminster. My heart goes out to all the folks in England. Hopefully, there will be more surveillance in the area after such a tragic incident. I wish everyone in England and all of Europe the best of health.

My deepest condolences to the families of those who died. My heart goes to the English people. I'm so tired of this shit.
I heard about the woman who was knocked off the bridge and into the Thames River. Does anyone have an update on her?
Last I checked, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland are still in the UK. ;)
anyyyyyhoo, what happened sucks :C I'm glad they were able to get to the guy before he caused any more damage
and my 2 cents: if you (general you, not referring to anyone specifically) don't know why someone did something, you shouldn't go automatically calling it a terrorist act; that term is such a blanket term rn it's kind of sad /shrugs
