Right now I'm making an HA with the Barely There Yellow Tee, Off-Kilter Street Team Tee, Spring Acoustic Guitar, and Green Springtime Flower Sandals. I'm trying to order them and currently it's Barely > Kilter > Spring > Green. But if I want to move the Guitar up to the top, the order changes to... Well, it doesn't change. The Guitar leaps right back to where it was. If I try and make the Sandals at the top, then it's now Barely > Kilter > Green > Spring. Basically, I've experimented and my items seem to be going wherever they like, not where I tell them to. Sometimes the two shirts follow each other. Sometimes the order seems random. Sometimes the order on the side has nothing to do with the order on the preview. It's chaos.

Google Chrome, Windows 7, HP Pavilion G Series. I have uBlock Origin running.
This has been happening since this wardrobe came out, myself and several others have already reported it dozens of times and Keith is well aware of it. Unfortunately he does not do work on the wardrobe anymore, which is the only conclusion I can draw from his lack of communication and updates.
Yes, though it affects firefox users more. It's been affecting us since the wardrobe started. made youtube videos to demonstrate to Keith... well nothing's ever come of it.
I try to be patient, but there is a difference between waiting while Keith is working and just. Waiting and not even being sure if he's still doing wardrobe stuff.
Someday, someone will correct it. I mean, it's just wardrobe. No one use that 8) My patience has run out tbh.
I certainly don't. :D That doesn't mean I wouldn't like to, but I'm tired of pulling teeth to get anything done.
That video mentioned was uploaded December 28th, almost 3 months ago. I think that's the same day the new wardrobe went public? There's a plot twist though, because I first reported the bug on 7/22, when he was asking for early feedback on the wardrobe.
Keith has tried a couple times to fix it, but he's never able to replicate the bug himself, even though it seems to be pretty widespread.
Keith's last post about the wardrobe (and which also happens to be about the layering issue) was January 14th. Radio silence since then. He's been pinged a couple dozen times about various other wardrobe issues, but he's apparently over it.
I'm so tired of having to raise a fuss every few months when development on Subeta stagnates and nothing seems to get done.

What is irritating the most is that the wardrobe was working PRIOR to this change. I had little to no issue or things were bearable. This tho? Not so much. I'm surprised nothing has been done (especially because it's a feature making "a lot" of money) and I also really hate being forced to use another browser that is very slow on my computer. That's just my opinion tho but my faith is going back down.
It's not just Firefox it's affecting. I have Opera as well and sometimes, though no nearly as much or as badly as Firefox, the layers will still rearrange themselves.

Now the layers issue is happening to me too. Latest version of Opera. This is the first time I've encountered this issue.
And yeah, I can only draw the same conclusion as did. Which is that Keith has lost interest or something. I mean, I would love to give him the benefit of doubt, but what other conclusion can we draw when there is no communication for so long? These aren't trivial bugs either that I've seen reported - These are bugs that actually break the feature and make it unusable.
Don't really know what more we can do though. I mean someone even went through all the trouble to make a video for him. So yeah, I don't know what more we can do, I mean we can keep making threads but it doesn't seem to change much.

I've started having this problem recently using the latest version of Google Chrome.

- That's interesting, because I don't think anyone has reported the problem in Chrome yet. Can you post the exact version number you're using?
I just updated from v56.0.2924.87 to v57.0.2987.110 and the wardrobe still works ok in Chrome for me. (Too bad I don't use Chrome. :P)

just wrestled with the wardrobe and def had this issue as well
I've been having this issue as well, and it seems to be aggravated if you put on and remove a lot of pieces of clothing, as one might do if they are trying to put together an outfit they have no concrete ideas for.
I have noticed the same thing a few times in Chrome. Like said, I only notice it happening after I'm pretty deep into an HA with lots of hidden layers that I'm being indecisive about. Usually it's jut one layer that persistently pops to the top (even though it isn't displayed that way on the HA) and can't be moved.
Have had this issue with both Chrome and FF since the wardrobe update. I'm lucky I have a decent number of saved outfits. It's nearly impossible to get anything done with the layers having a mind of their own.
This hadn't happened to me in awhile but started back up last night. After adding couple items suddenly every new item I try to put on goes in the 2nd spot and I can't move it to the top position.
