how do pets get happiness 9/10 are always 10/10 and theres one that is 0/10 how do i get that up

If you put your pets in the resort, they'll stay happy. You can also give them a minion and that will keep their happiness up.

You could also play with them with toys, but that's probably the more expensive option over time.
