cooking source electric skillet crockpot microwave Knob on my oven is broke so till I get a part won't be using it.
so what can I make?Ive hardly ever used fresh ingredients to cook with(everything usually is either frozen or canned). Ive never messed with carrots..
I know I can chop up some onion and potatoes throw them in the electric skillet with some garlic salt and basil and veggie oil. I also need to use the apples so they don't go bad.Basically all the fresh stuff need to be used up.I was wondering is there some kind of desert in this mess of ingredients?

I'm pretty sure you can google some ingredients and you'll get some recipes c: It could help you to build a recipe book!
Ive been trying supercook website but most of the stuff im finding involves oven or ingredients I don't have or has things ive tried before.
Im thinking about some kind of dish where it would use the carrots and the potato and some onion but I can't remember what on earth it's called or what else it involves..I have no meat other than canned tuna.

You could make a vegetable stew. Soak some of those dry beans overnight or whatever you do to prepare them, and throw them in the crockpot along with 1 chopped onion, 3-4 cubed (1 inch or so) potatoes, 1-2 sliced carrots (just slice them in half-1 inch chunks), a can of tomatoes, and maybe a little bit additional water if needed. Season with the salt, pepper, and basil.
You can sauté the veggies (onion, potato, carrot) in some butter with your skillet to add some more flavor before tossing them in the crock pot.
Depending on the beans, you could probably get away with doing 3-4 hours on low in the crock pot. Or you could cook the beans separately first, and then stir them into the stew at the end.
As for the apples, I'd honestly just eat them as is rather than try and cook with them since you don't seem to have any spices or ingredients that are dessert friendly (e.g. sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg)
Potato pancakes (potatoes, onions, eggs) with apple sauce?
found a can of whole tomatoes I cut up 2 potatoes and threw it all in crockpot. When the potatoes get soft im going to add a can of peas and the can of mixed veggies that I also found.. I figured fresh would take longer and if I would have added everything at once the can stuff would be mush time the potatoes where done. Trying to not make to much today cause it will be just be me eating.
