Okay so I have two cws on the site. I didn't quite manage to fill a third batch. If I wanted to use dte so those poor people aren't waiting do I still pay the initial price? I'm just fairly confused by the whole dts system. I feel like there isn't a whole lot of info on the page other than I get 15% or any profit over five bucks.

Nope! Once at least one batch is onsite you can move an item into your CW shop free of charge c:

Thank you so much for the answer!

I have another question, I'm wondering if you can help me with. The little blurb says we get 15% of 500, or the difference between 500 and whatever price we set for an item. Does that mean, if my math is right, that I would get 75csc for each 500csc item, but only 50csc for charging 550csc?

Honestly I never really understood that part. I know for a 4000-category submission (so I think it'd be 2k now) I always got 100 if I priced it at 500 CSC (the minimum) but they changed it to the 15% or the difference thing and I don't have any idea how it works unfortunately :x I haven't submitted a lot of items so I haven't had a recent sale from my shop

Hello! Don't quote me on this, but from what I understand of the current CW shop system there is a minimum price we must set for each item which is 100csc more than base price (for example, it costs 500csc to get a wig on site via batching system, once you move it to shop you MUST price it at least 600csc) and you will earn the difference between your price and the base price. I think the 15% of 500csc thingy was from back when we still have the old 'submit directly to cash shop' system which made all cws 500csc and unlimited. :) so I don't think that applies anymore!

Hope that made sense ^^;

[edit] OK ya so I took a look at the CW shop rules page again and read the 15% thingy and I truly have no idea what they're talking about :/ Currently it doesn't even let you price things below their minimum in shops like you can't price a wig for 500csc for example. To make life easier I would just go for your price minus base price for that type of item!

Yeah I think that little blurb needs to be removed. I got 100csc for each of the 500csc items I sold today. Thanks so much for your response!

Hey hey, pinging you here since you often fix the wording on pages like this. That old 15% of the selling price thing is still in the notes for how releasers get a percentage of the cw cost in the cw shops instead of saying you get 100 csc or more depending on how you price your item once it hits the cw shops (minimum you can make is 100 csc).

I'm wording this so damned confusing I'm sure but it's explained better above in the thread. Is it possible to correct the explanation in the management end?

I can edit the page, no problem. I, however, am horrible at wording things to make sense. That's a thing for to do (especially since CWs are her area of expertise).
