Green Tabasco is always my jam, but I've also been really feeling Cholula recently.

I like Frank's Red Hot. But the homemade salsa made by my mother is too intense for my taste. I'll never understand the obsession with spicyness. Number one on the scale is the pure chemical substance that makes them all spicy.
No me gusta chile.
My favorite is Hot Ones Hot Sauce and Bravado Ghost Pepper & Blueberry Hot Sauce being a close second. I want to try one called The Rapture that is on the same website I ordered the Hot Ones sauce from. There is a Youtube show I watch called Hot Ones by First We Feast that does celebrity interviews while eating progressively hotter hot wings. I've wanting to try most of the sauces they have on the show.
It's not that hot, but I LOVE Sriracha and mayo on everything! ❤️

Tapatio is my absolute favorite, but the hottest I've had has to either be the green or black El Yucateco. Those are super intense and I love them for when I'm craving super spicy food.
I love Frank's too! sometimes a little too much vinegar for my taste tho. I used to work for an Indian family and I cooked a lot for them, so I got used to much, much spicier foods than I'm used to and i'm so thankful bc I lovvve spicy 9_9

All I know is if I'm congested, a spoonful of my mother's and clear for the day. No side dangerous effects either. I tend to prefer flavorful spicy to burn a hole in your stomach hot.
Szeshuan pepper corn [sweats]. I mean it's a pepper but it's like ... it makes you numb, literally.
Red Devil, baby! Cayenne & Vinegar. I can drink the stuff. The flavor is great and compliments a meal rather than overpowering it. I like to eat it on breakfast burritos.
Cholula and Sriracha are my all-time favorites but there's also a smaller company that makes a super great tequila jalapeno sauce. I really want to try and make my own actually.
I'm not a huge fan of chipotle either! I love Frank's but I don't use it as much anymore because I really like overused it a while ago lollll

Louisiana Hot Sauce is my go to. But I grew up with the likes of Endorphin Rush, and ones like that. My dad had a shelf in the door of the fridge that was specifically for hot sauce. lol. But now as an adult I married someone who is a wuss so I can't spice up anything we share, so Louisiana is what I stick with for myself.
There's a couple in my area who make their own organic sauces. Each one has its own unique flavor, which means the different sauces compliment different foods. I currently have about a dozen bottles of their variety. The name is taste fire (they're on facebook) and i grab more of their stuff at every opportunity
