hi guys! im about to go to work but i mocked up a couple of jumpers and was wondering if this is the type of thing people might be interested in.

any other artists/pieces you guys would be interested in seeing incorporated into a jumper? (these still need a little fine-tuning!)

also do you think i'd have to majorly change either of these to make them into tribute items? idk what else i could really do besides tweaking colors; i reffed the original paintings but didn't really put the swirls and/or color-blocking into the places they are in the originals, i just kinda went with what would look good on the shape of the dress -w-;

let me know what you guys think!

tbh my true love is baroque and pre-raphaelite painting but i think the HA base is a little bit too small to incorporate any of the human form u_u

HAND IN BACK Pros: greater under-layering capabilities (sleeves that don't follow the cutout, official arm mods, etc), more room for patterns Cons: no rings or held props, some overchest items won't work well, kinda alters the pose to be slouchy Votes: dollipop(?)

the idea behind these is amazing ❤️ my only thing is that I tend not to wear dresses/skirts that cover the HA's left hand (our right, the closest one). so I probably won't buy but also I'm still tempted because I love love love the theme of famous artists/art pieces.

that's actually one of the big choices im thinking im gonna have to make. for layering's sake, half the time i hate dresses that cover the hand and half the time I love them!! ;_; i'm almost thinking for these i might make some colors behind and some forward? gah i just dont know. maybe i'll take a vote.

I'm no art major, but i become a boner for art history also. i would be into the two examples you've shown, and probably the ones you've listed, and adding: Picasso, but something generally dark, like Ma Jolie, The Charnel House, or Guernica

and Peter Max's Love, or 1 2 3 Infinity, The Contemporaries and not to get into a pop art over load but Andy Warhol's $(9) would be a pretty sick print on a jumper

oh peter max, he's just a pop artist guy, those two i linked are idk if they're his most popular but they are my personal favorites - but here are Untitled (Bob Dylan) & The Visionaries at the East Hampton Gallery and i think those were pretty popular - he's done some things (like a stamp for expo '74) but not as popular as popart king warhol. i'm glad you like $(9) suggestion tho :)

honestly with the hand infront/behind vote being a thing - i think you could release either/or with every artist's portrayal just depending on how you preferred to use it most, considering colors with matching items and what not - or you could just take votes with every release but i just don't think they should all be the same tho. i think it'll really depend on the print itself
