So I understand that elixirs can change the appearance of your pets--- but I can't find one that deals with the "reborn jollin". Could someone explain to me how I can get one or if its even possible to obtain one anymore?

there aren't any rebon elixirs. to make a reborn jollin, you need to have a jollin as a pet (so you can use any jollin elixir on your pet if you don't have one) and use a on it
