Is there a way to give yourself stickers for your collection? I have some in inventory but says I can only give to other people. If not anyone willing to send me back the stickers to the album if I send them to you? Thanks.

The only way to stick them to yourself is through the Hustler which costs 10k sP per sticker. There's also a thread here for people to help you with stickers c:

Yes, you can go to the Hustler in Pina Park and have him put the stickers in your collection for 10k per sticker. If you don't want to pay that, then yeah you can send the stickers to another user and ask them to stick them to you.
