So I went on and saw this? I went to another page and it's suddenly gone from my face... Has anyone else seen this on their HA? :P

Yes, it's just a snowball that someone hit you with. The overlay stays on the HA for a few minutes and then disappears. Snowball throwing lasts all winter, so it's almost over now.
