I believe they are. They were released by , and at least one of the colors was private, so chances are all recolors of it ended up being private.

I change my statement. They were released 1b, and most copies of that color had been claimed by her friends, only 1 slot had been pinged for publicly, but this color is in fact not private. took me longer to find the post
