Hey guys! I've been out of the anime loop for a while. Y'know, life stuff. Anyway, I was wondering if you wanted to take the opportunity to try and make a stranger watch some of your favorite animes? :)
I generally prefer: Romance, Slice of Life, and Comedy. I also like Drama but that's such a vague genre. :/
Here is MAL if you need it for reference!
Thanks in advance!

My favorite anime is Tiger & Bunny. It's an action, comedy and mystery genres. It has 24 episodes and two movies. I just love it and I have rewatched them few times already. Most of the episodes leave in good mood.
The story is set in a world where people can have super powers and person with these powers can get a licence to be a hero and be employed by companies. They then get paid for the rescue work they do, but they also have to pay for all the damages they cause. The main character is veteran hero Wild Tiger, who breaks so much stuff during his recue missions that most of his pay goes to paying damage fines. The company he works for goes bankrupt and he is "sold" (like a player can be sold to a different team) to a bigger company that wants him to work as a pair with a rookie hero who happens to have exact same super power as Wild Tiger. The younger hero as his own reasons to become a hero and they don't get along very well at the start, but later become a real crime fighting team. I don't want to tell too much about the plot so I don't spoil it for anyone.
If you decide to watch it (please give it a chance ^-^) I recommend starting with movie Tiger & Bunny movie 1: The Beginning. It has first two episodes with bonus material, better introducion to other heroes (Rock Bison's power isn't mentioned in any of the episodes) and a new adventure. If you watch that first you can then move straight to episode 3. Episodes 1 and 2 have only few short clips that didn't make it to the movie so you won't miss anything by skipping them. The second movie is set to happen after the series end so I would leave it to last.
The anime isn't that action packed (compared to what you might expect from super hero anime) and I feel like the heroes spend about as much time outside their hero persona as in it. Or possibly they spend more time as themselves, solving their personal problems than doing rescue work. Sometimes the line is kind of blurred because they are on call most of the time and their free time can be suddenly interrupted by criminals who need to be arrested. The show isn't raw and doesn't have many scenes where anyone would be injured and there isn't any blood.
I don't watch much romance, but I liked Akagami no Shirayuki-hime and there is currently airing romance drama Kuzu no Honkai that I'm very interested in.
I was gonna say, "if you haven't watched Hetalia yet, I'd give it a shot" but it looks like you have already ❤ Ah... other than that, I honestly don't have any suggestions orz I watch so little TV these days and barely pay attention to new anime coming out. Oh! Maybe Hamtaro, if you're able to find it anywhere? Or Hatenkou Yuugi (the manga is titled 'Dazzle' and it by Minari Endoh)?
Hamtaro is about a school girl's pet hamster, Hamtaro, and his adventures with his hamster friends.
And Hatenkou Yuugi is about a girl with magical powers. Here's the excerpt from Wikipedia (it's been a few years since I watched/read it): "A young girl named Rahzel is abruptly sent off to see the world by her eccentric, doting father. She is alone on her travels until she meets Alzeid, an attractive, mysterious loner on a mission to avenge his father's murder. After aiding Alzeid in retrieving his stolen gun from a thief, Rahzel decides to follow Alzeid promising that she would make his "lousy and boring" life "more interesting and fun!" Alzeid grudgingly acknowledges that Rahzel will be traveling with him from now on. Soon after, a womanizing acquaintance of Alzeid's named Baroqueheat joins in their adventure."
Yu Yu Hakusho - This is an older anime. I watched this when i was 10 years old and i use to love it. I rewatched it not too long ago and i still love it. It's pretty funny and i understood jokes that i didn't even notice when i was a child. It's a shounen type of anime with some romance to it. Lots of fighting and stuff. Yusuke is always cracking jokes and stuff. Hiei is my fav character. He's a short adorable guy full of rage. lol XD
Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches I was so excited for this anime because i read most of the manga before the anime was announced. It did not disappoint. The anime was great. I gave it a 10 /10 . It's funny.
NANA I find the manga is better but the anime was really good. It's romance. Kinda more on the realistic romance type. I read the manga before seeing the anime. It's one series i thought i'd definitely hate but i loved it a lot. I love Nobu. Nobu x Nana K forever!
Fruits Basket This is a cute anime. It's funny too. But I'm sad that the anime doesn't have all the characters that the manga has. Fav characters Momiji, Haru, and Kagura.
Fushigi Yuugi - Mysterious Play This is an older anime. The mangas are better in my opinion but the anime was really good too. It's got a little bit of everything. Drama, Romance, Action, Comedy, etc. This is one of my favs from Yu Watase. Tasuki is my favorite character.
Kamisama Kiss This is a cute, funny anime. My mom loved it. I really like Mizuki and Himemiko.
Kyo Kara Maoh This anime is pretty funny. Wolfram is my fav. He's so cute.
Ai Yori Aoshi This is romance along with comedy.
And here is my MAL if you wanna see any of the other stuff i have on there. :)
