I don't actually see any dots on your avatar...? Sometimes the site cache takes a bit of time to update. That said...

Are you talking about removing a Survival skin? If your infection has progressed to the final stage, you should be able to remove it in the Wardrobe Skins section by removing it and resaving the avatar.

We don't actually have an avatar healer. If you're in the middle of an infection, you can go to the VIP Infection page (linked in the sidebar of the front page) and pay money to have your infection taken away. If you don't want to pay, you'll have to wait until the infection has fully developed before it can be removed.

there are some tattoos you can get from Noijitat in Omen Islands, and those do need a special person to remove. They are more likely to look like dots than the kisses do, to my eyes.
