He's a chibi Telenine, and he runs a flea circus. My friend has already given me the idea of having Tixels randomly spread out through the TC, but do people have other ideas?

Oh my god, a flea circus with tixels is the cutest idea.

For the TC, items that remind one of a circus could work: balls, hoops, platforms, balloons, maybe fun little party favor type things like party blowers... And maybe some of the sillier weapons would work too. Just make sure to only pick small things, though, since they are fleas! So like, for balls, stick to little balls like marbles, ping pong balls.. .

Some ideas for specific items:

I don't think I have much for him that hasn't been listed, but you can peak at Loki's TC. I have some Circus-y type animals and such in there.

Maybe fair food (candy apples, funnel cakes, hot dogs, fried stuff) bumper cars, and tarot cards?
