i got the dissolving (bee) infection this year, but remove my avatar skin and pay for a new 2014 infection. what do i have to do to update or start the infection in my avatar? thanks!

You can figure out which one you want and drink the corresponding vial to get the infection started. It will then progress like normal and unlock as a skin once it reaches the final stage.
