I'm looking to adopt pets born on the 17th of June or the 14th of February but I have no clue if this is something I can look up or not. Do you have any pets like this up for adoption or any nicely named pets you wish to offer feel free to leave me a message.

Since there aren't that many pets in the adoption center, you can just check their pet profiles first, to see their "born on" dates. There's no way that I know of to easily search for pets that people have UFA with specific dates via forum search.

When there were more pets in the pound, what people would do is find the petid of a pet matching the date(s) they're looking for, and going through each petid within a range. :)

I wish you all the best in your search! I lucked out and was directed to a pet created on February 17, three days ago, but I may also need to look for specific dates again soon!

I'm not familiar with transferring pets so I couldn't tell you x__x I believe there was a waiting time, yes.

That's the only way I can think of, unfortunately.

That's right you'll need to wait 30 days to transfer a pet from the freshly adopting account to another new home, but there's a way to work around it, and that means to use the pound. The adopter and adoptee will need the pet's adoption link (which can be copied from any pet currently in the pound, then has that pet's id replaced with the specific pet's id you both want to transfer). The adopter and adoptee then will work out a time when they're both online to make the transfer via the pound, and at the agreed time (hour:min) the adopter will pound the pet and the adoptee just needs to have the adoption link ready in their browser window and spam the refresh button. I have safely transferred back a pet to his original owner this way to avoid the 30-day wait. If you're willing to take the risk, which is relatively small imo, as long as you keep the agreed time between yourselves via PM, this can be a good alternative to waiting. Good luck adopting. ^^
